DetailsStunning little dish by Swedish artist/ceramicist Mari Simmulson. This is a 1960s design made for Upsala Ekeby ceramics.
This would make a great catchall dish for rings and small items or just for a unique display. Purchased in Sweden this past Summer.
Measures: 11.5cm (4.5”) diameter across x 2.5cm tall (1”) x 1cm depth inside dish to rim (.5”)
Condition: there are 2 spots on the rim that are from where the dish lay on the kiln when glazed. These 2 markings are identical and do not appear to be chips due to use or misuse. The marks appear to have been there since item was made.
