2 weeks! I’ll be selling at Seattle’s Julefest. Friday night November 22 and all day November 23 & 24. Tickets can be purchased in advance @nordicmuseum ‘s website. Last year we had 11k visitors! It’s a wonderful annual Nordic holiday celebration.

Every year I volunteer for our local Scandinavian vintage sale here in Portland. I think this is my 6th year volunteering where I price vintage items and cashier. Although I’m a vintage seller myself and going into my busiest part of my year, I cannot stay away. I absolutely love seeing what each person ends up scoring, chatting away at what unique items are. Giving customers tidbits on meaning, history, provenance, and translation. It’s just so much fun doing what I do. He could just be your little house nisse…Arne Hasle doll, bendable and pose-able. $70 🇳🇴 the items featured are also all for sale too. Let me know if you’re interested. We road tripped to Denmark yesterday for the afternoon and I got to cross off the Louisiana Museum off my bucket list. Only bummed we didn’t eat lunch there but that’s a long story for another time…traveling is winning some, losing some but rolling with it and chalking it up to “oh well, maybe next time or never” BUT the win for yesterday was this amazing museum!!
